Delivery and returns
DELIVERY
Orders placed after Spanish midday will be dispatched the following working day.
The delivery of the purchased items will be through a courier company hired by ZdZerodefects. The delivery of the order will be within 1 and 5 working days, if you have not received your delivery within seven working days, please contact our Customer Service department. In periods of Christmas, holidays, bridges and during August, orders may suffer delays.
To avoid incidents in the delivery (incorrect addresses, inability to find anyone at home etc.), it is essential to correctly complete the corresponding form and the telephone contact box.
If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to delivery 2 more times on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.
Please note, we are unable to change a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
The price of the delivery is calculated depending on the destination country and the garments purchased. The exact price of the delivery will be calculated to include each item in the shopping basket and will appear on the page that summarizes the purchase before the confirmation of the order by means of "Confirm order" and before introducing the credit or debit card information details.

RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES
You may return only the following products from our catalog: undershirts and pajamas. You can return these products within 14 days of receiving them to receive a full refund or an exchange. Delivery costs will only be refunded in the event of an error on our part (e.g., missing product, incorrect size, or pattern, etc.).
Due to the nature of the product we can only accept the return of unworn garments unless. Items returned must be in their original condition, including any packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return and only items in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes and we recommend that you send goods via recorded delivery as we will not be held liable for goods that are lost in transit.
